Tools for Structured Learning

Our platform combines interactive exercises, simulations, and progress analytics into a seamless continuing education program – for schools, universities, and corporate training teams.

Interactive Learning Modules Short, practice-oriented units with direct feedback – from knowledge checks to decision-making scenarios from everyday professional life.
Simulations for Real-World Situations Virtual workflows from healthcare, technology, and administration can be trained safely before real responsibility comes into play.
Real-Time Progress Analytics Learners and supervisors can see at a glance which topics are mastered and where additional practice is needed.
Modular Learning Paths Content can be combined based on prior knowledge and time budget – from introductory courses to certificate programs.
Gamification Elements Badges, points, and progress bars make achievements visible and help maintain motivation throughout longer courses.
Integration with Existing Systems Our learning environment can be integrated into common school administration and HR tools, so results arrive exactly where they are needed.

Learning packages for every institution

Our platform can be used in three stages – from initial entry to a complete learning environment with simulations and evaluations.

Entry

Basic learning path

Modular courses with progress tracking and practice questions. Suitable for teams that want to provide digital content in a structured way – without complex setup.

Advanced

Simulation training

In addition to the learning modules, interactive scenarios are available. Participants practice procedures risk-free and receive direct feedback on their decisions.

Complete

Education program

All functions including detailed progress analyses, individual learning paths, and management of multiple groups. For educational institutions with fixed curricula.

What educational institutions say about InterLearn

Feedback from trainers, school administrators, and continuing education managers who use our learning platform in their daily work.

We adopted the simulation modules for our nursing training. Participants now practice procedures risk-free before working with real patients. The completion rate in the practical part has noticeably increased.

Magdalena Wurzer B.Eng., Head of the Health Academy

The progress analysis shows me at a glance where individual learners are getting stuck. This allows me to provide targeted support instead of treating everyone the same. It has made our internal training significantly more efficient.

Jürgen Kopp, Training Coordinator in Skilled Trades

What convinced me most was the modular structure. Our students come with very different levels of prior knowledge, and the platform adapts to that. The gamification elements also motivate those who would otherwise give up quickly.

Prof. Silvia Riedl, Professor of Didactics

The implementation was straightforward, and our trainers quickly found their way around. The learning paths can be adjusted without programming skills—we really appreciate that. Support responds within a day, by the way.

Magdalena Wurzer B.Eng., Head of the Health Academy

For our sales training, we use the interactive scenarios. Colleagues practice conversation situations without a customer sitting in the room. Learner feedback has been consistently positive—they feel better prepared.

Important Notes on Our Learning Content

To ensure that all parties involved have the same expectations, we have summarized the most important points regarding usage, scope, and responsibility.

What does InterLearn mean by "playful learning"?

By playful learning, we mean the targeted use of feedback loops, progress indicators, and simulated decision-making situations within a professionally defined learning path. It is not about entertainment, but about a didactic method that promotes motivation and retention. All playful elements are content-linked to the learning objectives and are reviewed by our editorial experts.

Who are the modules intended for?

Our modules are aimed at educational institutions, corporate trainers, and professional development managers who want to integrate structured digital learning content into their teaching or staff development. The content is designed for adult learners and, depending on the module, requires different levels of prior knowledge. You will find a placement aid in the respective module description.

How are learning progress measured?

The platform records processing status, completion rates, and results of interactive exercises. This data is prepared as a progress analysis and serves as a guide for learners as well as the responsible trainers. The evaluation always refers to the learning objectives defined in the module and does not replace a formal performance assessment by the educational institution.

What technical requirements apply?

For using the learning platform, we recommend a current browser with JavaScript enabled and a stable internet connection. The simulations run directly in the browser; no installation is required. For synchronized use in training rooms, we recommend a screen resolution of at least 1280 pixels in width. Mobile devices are supported, but some simulations are optimized for operation with a mouse and keyboard.
